Quick FAQs
When do I get paid?
Weekly cycle. Bookings that complete by Sunday are paid the following Friday. Minus the 10% (+VAT) commission, BACS direct to your account.
Can I list on other platforms too?
Yes. No exclusivity. Many partners run Airbnb + Booking.com + us in parallel. Just keep your dates current so we don't double-book.
What if a guest damages my property?
We hold a security deposit on every booking and have a clear damage-claim process. Beyond that, your existing landlord / holiday-let insurance covers you — we recommend hosts carry both.
Do I need to be VAT registered?
Not to join. If your property income exceeds the UK VAT threshold (£90k as of 2026), VAT applies to your earnings — that's between you and HMRC. Commission is invoiced from us to you with VAT.
What if I want to pause?
Flip your listing to "off-market" in the portal — done in 5 seconds. Re-activate any time.
