The Corporate Booking Process — What Actually Happens Behind the Scenes

Request → match → quote

Travel manager sends a request: location, dates, headcount. The accommodation provider checks inventory against the criteria and quotes within working hours. Trade Nest Stays' partner-property model means we can match across multiple inventories simultaneously.

PO and confirmation

For corporate accounts, the booking is held against a PO number. Net-30 invoicing. VAT receipt issued on completion. No personal card needed.

Pre-arrival communications

48-72 hours before check-in, the lead guest receives address, parking, key safe code, WiFi password, local recommendations. No need for the travel manager to coordinate any of this — it's all automated.
