About our service

Trade Nest Stays provides furnished serviced accommodation for contractors, corporate teams and other guests across the UK. Information on this site (including descriptions, availability and indicative pricing) is provided in good faith but does not constitute a binding offer. A booking is only confirmed once we have issued a written confirmation.

Quotes & bookings

Quotes are based on the information you provide and are subject to availability. Rates, minimum-stay requirements and any discounts (such as weekly rates after seven nights or monthly rates from 28 nights) are confirmed in writing at the point of booking. Bills-included pricing covers reasonable domestic use of utilities and WiFi.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The content, branding and design of this site are owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law
