The cycle
Booking completes Sunday. Payment processed Monday. Funds clear in your account by Friday of the same week. Maximum 6 days between checkout and money landing.
What gets deducted
The 10% (+VAT) commission. That's it. No payment processing fees, no per-booking charges, no 'platform service fee' add-ons. The line item on your bank statement matches your booking schedule exactly.
Statements and tax
Monthly statement summarising all bookings, payments, and commission deducted. Annual statement for self-assessment / company accounts. Both downloadable as PDF and CSV from the partner portal.
