Major developments

A big build needs beds for its crews and a plan for its finished units.

Major schemes run for years and bring in trades from all over. The finished homes on the same scheme can often house the people still building the next phase.

How it works

Two jobs, one conversation

Beds for your crews

Whole homes near site for your own teams and subcontractors, on one company account.

Finished units earning

Completed units taken on a company let agreement at market value rent with Maine Property Solutions while they wait for buyers.

Phase by phase

Units come on as phases complete and go back when buyers are found.

Worth knowing

What a developer usually needs

On a long programme the questions are practical.

  • Beds close enough to site to cut the daily travel
  • One invoice route rather than a stack of hotel receipts
  • Vacant possession back when a unit sells
  • An agreement your funder and your solicitor can read

Your questions

Questions owners ask

Can your crews stay in our own finished units?

Yes, where the units are complete and compliant. It keeps the team on site and the units earning.

What if a unit sells mid-stay?

The agreement sets the notice period, so the unit comes back to you empty for completion.

How is the rent secured on a large scheme?

Through the company let agreement itself, with phasing and any security agreed in writing.

Do you only take new-build stock?

No. Existing houses near the site can house crews too.

Running a scheme with crews to house?
