Don't undercut yourself on long stays
A 4-bed house at £150/night for 30 nights = £4,500/month. Some hosts panic and offer £80/night for monthlies, leaving £2,400 on the table. Long-stay guests will pay full long-stay rate — that's what they expect.
Seasonality matters less than you'd think
Contractor and corporate demand is steady year-round (with a small Christmas dip). Don't seasonal-price like a holiday let — you'll lose more than you gain.
